Hotel Renovation

A-Squared was chosen for a 120 room Hotel renovation project in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood. This was a complete building refurbishment including all 120 guest rooms, a penthouse and the building lobby. We integrated textured fabrics with light hardwoods and a modern lighting design to transition from the lobby up to the penthouse. A-Squared completed the project ahead of schedule while staying well within the $12 million construction budget.
