A Manhattan Landlord acquired a new 600,000 square foot Class A office building and hired A-squared for a full lobby re-design. The Landlord felt the lobby was outdated and wanted it to stand out in an office district where all the building facades looked similar. We created a 3D plan that incorporated bold colors within a background of stone and marble to produce a memorable and standalone design.
